very unprofessional service and management only paly with Peoples life and money . I get engine valve adjustment service of Honda car they did not fix back proper nut bolt leave it every thing open next day when I was going to work my car stop immediately with 70Mph . when I went to Honda Manger warren Scott for complain it He did not want to admit Honda fault and don't want listen to customer . I highly recommended go to local shop they work properly in reasonable money . I have 2 Honda car now even Honda offer me free service I am not be go because life is very important and life never will be back . I have been work with Honda since 10 years butt I don't more service because for me my life is important .

This review is specifically for Maureen in service. This woman was a god sent to my daughter and I. From beginning to end she was so extremely helpful, caring, compassionate and everything in between. I had taken my daughters car to the dealership we originally purchased it from on 4 different times in 2 1/2 weeks for the same repeated problem and all i was told was the sensors/ cameras were dirty even after they power washed the car. I was even told well maybe there’s a spider in the camera that keeps tripping the sensors as if I was to stupid to not believe them. My fifth time I took it to your dealership and met Maureen. She explained every single step, checked the battery to make sure that was okay on a Saturday since they couldn’t do the diagnostics on a weekend. So we brought the car back on Monday within a couple hours I had a finally solution. The lense on the taillight was broke causing water to get inside and flood the break sensor. It’s now Tuesday my daughter has her car back and no sensors are tripping cause your dealership went above and beyond for us. I will never step in any other Honda dealership again. Victory has my full business for life!! Thank you so much Maureen!!!

Jordan was the best car salesman I have ever encountered. We had initially came in for an HR-V but thanks to Jordan we found a Civic we loved even more thanks to his recommendation. I had a stellar oil change/service experience! Gerald provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions! Everyone I encountered was pleasant. There were good snacks and coffee/tea. I’d definitely recommend Victory Honda Plymouth.

This was my first visit here since I am new to Michigan. My Customer Service Rep Maureen was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also spoke with a sales Rep while waiting who was also knowledgeable and friendly. My service app't was completed within the estimated time frame. I will definitely come back here in the future. Excellent customer service!

I was very impressed by the service provided by Gerald Bradley during recent repairs to my 2016 Civic. I was frustrated by the fact that I was facing my 4th AC system failure since purchase but found Gerald exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He offered some of the very finest service I have experienced with any dealer in some time, making me more inclined to return to Victory for service and potential future vehicle purchases.

I have been a loyal Honda customer for 20 plus years and have purchased several Honda's from different dealerships. With Honda, the transparency in pricing and approach has always been stellar and over the years, built a level of trust with Honda dealerships. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH VICTORY HONDA - STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Their sales process is VERY DECEPTIVE and personally, they don't care about the customer. My son and I drove from 80 miles to Victory Honda for a 2023 HRV. They will not discuss price on the phone and WILL PROMISE you that they can get the car in 4 to 6 weeks. Our sale associate, Michael Kao is NOT organized and acted like he didn't remember what car or trim level we were interested in even though it was all in texts. When the final write up happened, they overcharged us by $7000 dollars Market Adjustment of $5000 and other hidden fees.... very unethical in their entire sales approach. We found another Honda dealership in the area that is more aligned to Honda values of the customer experience and ordered the Honda from that dealership! As my family is a Honda family, WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT in Victory Honda again! Very deceptive and unethical dealer! Stay away!
