I would frequently bring my car for service here, until they overtightened my serpentine belt and cause the alternator pulley to fail. My Kia (2015 Kia forte5 turbo) doesn’t have a normal belt tensioner it uses a bracket on the alternator to keep tension. After the belt broke and the dealership denying responsibility I traded the car in at neighboring Sons Honda. I’ll never buy another Kia or visit this dealer. Beware….
