I brought my car in for a malfunction engine light on. The Advisor Jake Lindsey helped me with a very professional demeanor. He took the time to answer any questions I had and also told me the same thing was wrong as my certified mechanic who usually fixes my car. The price was reasonable, and Jake didn’t try to sell any additional service that my car didn’t need. My car was done in a timely manner as well.

I pulled into service area late afternoon hoping to either get an oil change or make an appointment for. I was greeted n taken to service desk within minutes and was informed I was also due for 15k mile service. They completed all in less than an hour. Ty

Horrible experience. After confirming full synthetic oil I asked about the recommended miles and was told 3500, when I questioned how full synthetic could possibly be the same as a blend I was given no answer. Then I proceeded to receive a blend in my 2022 Pathfinder, which service had told me all Nissans after 2018 get full synthetic yet the tech put in a hybrid. Service blamed the tech but then the lead service agent told me service messed up. Either way, it resulted in me having to leave work and come back to get it fixed, costing me a 1/2 of vacation day. I was given no refund or credit despite asking due to lack of manager on staff.
