I had been in communication via text with this dealership up until my appointment at 5 pm. When I arrived, I was informed that the car I had seen online had been sold 2 hours ago. I questioned staff regarding why wasn't I informed via text that this car had been sold prior to driving a 1/2 hour to see it. I was informed that the person who I was in communication with had no idea it had been sold. I was also told that it takes their website 72 hours to update once a car has been sold. Assuming that this dealership has integrity and is honest with their customers, I suggest updating their software to real time software so all employees are on the same page. All employees should know which vehicles are in stock and which have been sold. Customers should be able to look at the company website and see in real time which vehicles are available. Customers should be able to assume if an appointment is made to see a listed vehicle that it will be available at the time of the appointment. I'm only left with a list of process improvement suggestions for this dealership.

I had both brakes replaced and I had excellent service and great price. I was prepared to have the back brakes replaced, however, it was determined that both required replacement. They even took $100 off of the original price. 😊 Because of the size of the job and the number of customers already ahead of me it took a minute but worth the wait. This will be the place for all of my car services.

This is my second experience with this dealership while leasing a new vehicle..My first experience several years ago was phenomenal, my second experience has been to this point the complete opposite. I leased my Honda Civic in the summer of 2021 and i purchased heated seats as they did not come with this vehicle and was told they would be installed in a timely manner ..Let's fast forward to the fall of 2022 and i finally got my heated seats installed, only about 14 months and one winter without heated seats later!!... It seems right from the start i was getting the run around with everyone i came in contact with at the dealership including my sales guy Bob Straub!! All i wanted was to have my heated seats installed, i mean why not i had already been paying for them since i took delivery of my vehicle and not one time even after i mentioned some form of reimbursement did anyone at the dealership wanna talk about that.

This is one of the first times I had ever taken a vehicle in for service at a dealership. Also the first time I have ever used an extended warranty. i was unaware of the process, but my service advisor Ryan went above and beyond to handle that warranty process. He kept me informed throughout the whole repair, and was very knowledgeable about what was going on in the repair. I will return to Page Honda and to see Ryan for my further car maintenance.
