I live on the Peninsula but went with Novato because they were honest, helpful, quick and efficient. The whole team was willing to "go the extra mile" for me, including working with my schedule to deliver the car. David was my sales person and did everything he could to make me happy with my purchase. We agreed on everything over the phone and online. The Bolt EV has been incredible for me and my family.

The whole delivery of our new Bolt EUV went very smoothly. I was on a bit of a time crunch and leaving for Boston and Colby the sales associate made sure all the papers and financing were in place when I arrived. The whole process took only 30 minutes. Very satisfied with how smoothly things went. They even let me park my new car on the lot for a few days while I was away in Boston.

Buying a used Sprinter from Novato Chevrolet was a fairly simple process. Rimpy the saleswoman that assisted me through the process was very pleasant and professional. Alfonso from the service department was very attentive to the details of things we noticed had to be addressed. Finally Juan in the finance department was extremely pleasant to talk with through the whole process. Overall I’d say Novato Chevrolet has a great team !

My experience working with Cobi (our sales exec) was excellent. He was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made what is normally a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. Highest marks for this gentleman! We also worked with a very helpful finance manager named Gino who was very thorough, good at his job and pleasant to work with. Working with these two gentlemen made us feel very well taken care of, and we walked away feeling quite satisfied with the whole experience.

Kyle was terrific. This was my first visit with my 2004 Tahoe and he gave me such a warm welcome. The dealership is polished and very user friendly. And the shuttle ride home from Steve was an unexpected bonus. Thanks, Kyle I will be back.

David was super helpful! And super awesome! My mom was having such a hard time at other chevy dealerships but David was the only one out of all the ones we contacted from both Florida and California that was willing to look for our exact needs and everything! So honestly, David was what we needed at the right time and I have a couple friends looking into cars and have already recommended them over if they’re looking for their next Chevy.

I went into the Chevy dealer wanting to test drive the Bolt electric. I thought maybe I could pull off leasing it but I wasn’t even sure about that… The first thing that I was struck by was the friendliness and tremendous knowledge of Coby the sales person. He kept letting me know that he was new so he didn’t know everything but wow, he pretty much knew EVERYTHING and when he couldn’t answer some of my really far-reaching questions he immediately got the answer and came back with a super detailed response. Before I knew it I had decided to go ahead and purchase the car! Then there was Gino who did all of the paperwork and technical details on that end. He was hilarious and personable and really knows his stuff. And did I mention Eddie? He let me have one of his lollipops and come to think of it, he said if I bought a car I could have another one… I gotta go back and collect on that!
