Middletown Honda helped me get a brand new car within days, which is unheard of these days. Brittaney was super helpful and answered all of my questions no matter how silly they were. They handled me so professionally even with my constant calls with questions. The finance manager Shane was friendly and worked super hard to get me the best loan, which I’m sure was no easy task with my credit. The man that was shadowing on the day of the sale was also friendly and seemed happy to be there. He remembered us when we came back. One week after having my brand new car, the battery died 3 times (in one day). I scheduled an appointment to bring it in super easily and they had it diagnosed and fixed in only an hour for free under warranty. They were super apologetic, which was nice even though it wasn’t their fault. (The car had a dud battery from the factory which really is rare). Despite my battery situation, this is the best overall experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Middletown Honda! I’m so happy to have my own car again!

This is the best car dealership I’ve been to! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was helped immediately, there was no wait, and my problem was fixed quickly. I brought my car in because it was making strange noises. The service writer, Emily, was very welcoming and accommodating. Jacob was awesome and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Courteney was very helpful and professional. Thank you all! I purchased a certified preowned Honda CRV from Brittaney. I have to say she was personable and helpful in finding the right vehicle for me and my family. I had a trade and got a great trade in value as well. I am still grateful to have the vehicle I’m in today! One week after purchase the vehicle console screen went black and stopped working and a day later the battery died out of no where leaving me stranded. Brittaney went above and beyond the parameters of her dealership by driving my car once it was fixed to my job/training over an hour away so I wouldn’t be stranded without a vehicle. Honda should be proud to have such an asset in sales that puts her clients needs before her own.

I went to Honda at 3:58pm today and service closed at 4pm. I was a mess having troubles with my car. Even though they were closing Anthony from service re-assured me everything was going to be OK. I really appreciate his attention toward my issue today. Great experience every time I have been here. Thank you to the team!

I highly recommend Middletown Honda, and ask for Nikki :). We went to Middletown Honda in Aug and due to the delay all car manufactures are having , we picked our new CRV a month later. Nikki walked us thru the entire process, answering all our question and just made things so much easier. I contacted Nikki via text/email for any updates and she always replied quickly. When we picked up our new CRV, all questions were answer with patients and a smile. I know purchasing a car can be daunting but Nikki and Middletown Honda made it a pleasure.. And that says a lot!
