Just bought a brand new accord from Hopkins Honda and I couldn’t be happier. With everything going on in the car world I had to pre order it and wait for it to be shipped from the factory. I got an estimated time of mid to late October for delivery but it ended up coming in almost a month before expected! Gavin was awesome, professional, and very communicative, I would definitely recommend working with him to family and friends. He made it very easy, got me pre approved before delivery day so I could just go in, sign papers, and it was mine, that easy! Finance was also very smooth, not pushy trying to sell packages, and they worked with me to get a bit more out of my trade! Overall, I am very satisfied with Hopkins Honda and look forward to working with them and Gavin for years to come.
We recently purchased two 2022 Honda’s from Luther Honda in Hopkins, MN. Both transactions were stress-free. Our Sales Person, Andie was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and fun. Luther Hopkins honda has two main strengths, first is that they offer Honda vehicles, second is their Luther dealership culture. This is a big strong Honda dealer located along the new light rail line (now under construction) in Hopkins, Minnesota. I have bought and leased many Honda vehicles here over several decades. My partner and I recently purchased a user CR-V and we love it! The best part of our experience was working with our sales rep Tyler. He took the time to show us other models we were curious about on the lot; even though it was a busy Saturday when we visited, he let us take our time with our decision and answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He even noticed my partner's blood sugar drop and got him a cookie and some water - a sales icon. We also worked with Tony in the finance office and he was just as great - he got us a great rate and answered all our questions.
My service advisor (Jessica Smith) was so knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. Really appreciated the time she took with me! Service was fast, and the waiting room is comfortable and well equipped for getting some work done while enjoying some coffee and snacks.
I worked with John V, and he was very friendly and didn't push me at all. While we were waiting for credit approval, he talked to me for like 20 minutes about my upcoming move to St. Paul. He used to live in the neighborhood that I'm moving to, and he loved it, so now I'm even more excited to move. Matt the finance guy was also really nice, and when he told me about the different service contracts, he let me sit there and think about it for a minute before I made my decision. I ended up with a 2016 Chevy Trax with only 57,000 miles, so I'm extremely happy. Great experience!
I had another great experience at Luther Hopkins Honda! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle and pay, I asked the cashier if she could show me an illustration of the ball joint, backing plate, and rotor so that I could better understand the problem that had been fixed as described by my service advisor over the phone. I expected her to say no, so I I'd have to find the service advisor to show me. She surprised me by not only pulling up illustrations and explaining the problem, she even had "show and tell" materials on hand to help me visualize the parts involved! I suspect that the reason Luther Honda can provide such world-class service is because everyone working there loves cars and takes incredible professional pride in the service they provide. Everyone I came in contact with on my last visit, from the shuttle drivers, to the check-in advisor, to the service advisor, and especially the cashier, was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at service department. Worked with Josh on my poorly running Odyssey. With the honest input of the mechanic and an analysis of what could be done to get my vehicle running well, I felt confident in my decision to move forward with repairs. Josh came out to give me updates and to show me pictures of the items that needed to be replaced. I never felt like I was being pushed into unnecessary repairs. I felt that the team had my best interests in mind each step of the way.
