iPhone users be aware that if you have iPhone 12 or 13, the wireless charging pad will most likely not charge your phone. We were not told that there’s a known issue with this upon purchasing our 2022 MDX and I learned about it the hard way. When I contacted our sales guy, he said it’s a software issue and the soonest it comes out, he will let us know. The sales manager basically acted like there’s nothing wrong with it. Upon contacting the corporate tech support, I was told that there’s a hardware issue. They are working on it but as of right now, there’s no solution to fix it. It might not be a big deal for some, but $65k luxury car should not have any issues, in my opinion. The service team has been great so far.

Trey Butler was very knowledgeable and great to work with. We looked at many different vehicles at multiple dealerships and most of the sales associates we spoke to had remarkably poor knowledge of the vehicles. We had one associate at another dealership tell us “I’ve never even sat in this model before”. Trey knew every feature, function, and button on our vehicle and made us feel assured that we bought the right vehicle from the right person.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Gary Force Acura. Our salesperson, Chris M., was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very upfront about everything. There were no cheesy or sleazy sales practices that I've encountered at other dealers. The same goes for our experience with the finance person, Miss Ann. She offered straightforward options without trying to slide something past us. I definitely recommend Gary Force Acura to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Despite ‘dealership biases’ I give this place a chance only to have the stereotype fulfilled! Improper bulb put into my fog light when I specifically asked for an LED bulb which does make a difference, TIM was of NO Worthwhile assistance and he is fortunate I didn’t respond in kind to his flippancy!! Was informed it will cost 4000.00 to fix an oil leak only to have another mechanic quote me at 500.00 max! Draw your own conclusions… They did change all of my vital fluids which is why it primarily was brought back, but Never again!

I reached out to salesman Lenny to get information about buying new car which he provided, but when it came to trade in he started being cocky, disrespectful and unethical. I understand salesman need to make a buck but not by scamming customers and treating them this way. First and last interaction with this dealership! I do not recommend it and if you do deal with them make sure to double check everything so you are not taken advantage of.
