Jon and his manager Adam did an exceptional job during our purchase of the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The process was fast and they made it very easy for us. Our lender, BOA kinda messed up on our rate, and Adam contacted their supervisor for about two hours to fix our rate issue. This is the first time I saw a dealer try everything they can to help their customer. Jon did a great job on the new car delivery, he also actively ask if we found any issues after we took the car home. Very happy with this car purchasing experience.
