Absolute worst experience at a car dealership. There’s no communication and the advisors do not care. I’ve seen them yelling at customers and charging outrageous prices. I came for a quick diagnostics and stayed 5 hours in store with no thought, they didn’t even care and were a very rude bunch. I hope anyone who reads this, decides to take their service somewhere else. My time and money has been robbed only for them to tell me that they cannot do anything to my vehicle. Keep your money, save your time, avoid this dealership.

We have a 2021 Sentra we got from Ed Corley. It said it was equipped w 360 impact safety features. My wife and kids got into an accident on way to school because a reckless driver pulled in front of them. The one time we expected the car to stop for us and keep us safe it didn't. No airbags deployed and seatbelts didn't lock. I called them to see what we can do to fix this, and employees kept transferring me around. Rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate service guy just told me I better get a lawyer because if it malfunctioned we need to prove it. AEB systems fail and lawsuits have been filed recently. I think Nissan needs to do something about this. It's dangerous and customers are getting ripped off thinking they are safe with Nissan. I am definitely not going back here and strongly suggest you get safe and better vehicles elsewhere.

Very nice people took a long time to figure out the problem I was there all day waiting. But they were very nice people there and the place was very clean. And the guy behind the desk was really trying to push the guys in the back to get the auto checked out so we could have some answers. They helped us to figure out a plan to getting it done and getting it paid far. And I don't think that they should just give water not everybody can drink water I think that there should be all kinds of drinks from coffee just soft drinks. Or have at least a more closer by machines to buy your own drinks. It was pretty pricey for the work that needed to be done but all automobiles are very expensive to get repaired.

Was told that the vehicle would come with a full tank of gas but didn’t. I took the vehicle to the car wash and the rear window had a leak. I waited 6 hrs to be told they needed to order one just case they break it. I set up an appointment so they could order one. After 5 more hrs of waiting they said it wouldn’t be done today. I over heard them talking and they said they’re going to order a window just in case it breaks. I made the appointment so they could have it done that day with the window ordered already. It took 5 trips 1.5 hr each way so 15 hrs of driving that’s around $230 worth of gas to finally get it replaced.

Very impressed!! Had a diagnostic test done at Auto Zone about the transmission. And the intake mechanic seen that it needed service and highly recommended i needed to get that done on top of my oil change. So saved me money in the thousands if I had just ignored. Now my vehicle is running EXCELLENT than before. They used the EXACT fluid and oil the car is recommended for.
