got a 2023 Acura Integra. My salesman was Joe, who made everything super easy and extremely helpful. All their staff was excellent, and I have no complaints at all. I love my car but appreciate the customer service I received even more. Rafa was my finance manager and made everything super easy. I would recommend anyone in the area to check out Cerritos Acura. Joe was a great salesman, His manager Greg was extremely helpful, and Rafa handled the financing, making my whole experience a 10/10 experience. If you need any Acura, don't go anywhere else if it's not Cerritos Acura.

I have been coming to Cerritos Acura for about 4 years now and they have always exceeded my expectations. Wandhee is by far one of the best guys to work with on the maintenance sales side. He’s always been very transparent, friendly, and efficient. I usually come here four times a year (due to the amount of driving I do) and know that I can trust them to get the most accurate inspections. I emailed for a quote on an MDX, husband used to be in the car business so asked them to bottom line everything.............. their offer was to sell their vehicle for $2500 over STICKER price, a $1300 car alarm, $800 fabric protection and other adds. Their offer was an almost $1200 payment on a lease. This was their idea of bottom line numbers. My husband knows every way there is to make money on a car deal after desking and working finance for almost 15 years. In my business, I have quite a long reach and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this dealership NO MATTER WHAT!!!

I purchased an RDX and Johnathan was the representative who helped me. He answered all of my questions and clearly explained all of the tech features in the car. I am very happy with my purchase and appreciative of Johnathan's help throughout the car buying process.

I had an incredibly bad experience here. I showed up with an appointment, just to wait an hour and a half for them to tell me they could not help me. While waiting there, I overheard the service rep talking about how he was going to charge a different customer a lot of money since his wife worked at a bank. He also told another service rep, "these warranty services go at the bottom of this file cabinet since they don't make us money" which he then proceeded to toss the papers in the file cabinet. He took them out afterwards, and tried to play it off as a joke. I will be reporting this to corporate office, and hopefully nobody has gotten scammed by this particular service rep.

VERY unprofessional. Contacted them after they emailed me when I went through Costco. Was being pressured into paying a $500 deposit before even discussing pricing. Had to drive way out there and Karla didn't want to show me the Costco sheet ("because it wouldn't make a difference") or even discuss pricing without a $500 deposit. She also said there was a $2,500 market adjustment - until I showed her the written email from Costco saying that it's discounted 100% when you go through Costco at which point she started saying it was a $3,000 market adjustment but could reduce it to $2,000 or $2,500 because of the Costco membership. Kept repeating $2,500 plus more required expenses like $1,200 alarm, etc. Said the model I wanted was likely $3,000 above what I knew the MSRP was. Went to another dealer and got the price actually listed on the internet - MSRP plus couple options...no market adjustment...and without the Costco discount.
