Working with Roy was a pleasure as my service advisor, brought my truck in for warranty work/oil change everything smooth as butter. There was a small back order issue but it was not the employee or dealers fault. Goes above and beyond, worth the wait. Big thank you to the service team for always taking care of me

Pulled into service lane as directed by posted sign. There were no greeters or employees visible for close to five minutes. I thought of driving away, but walked inside and found four or more service writers busy at their desks. Roy quickly offered to help. He could not find my service appointment. I had made the appointment with a different person approximately two weeks earlier. Roy worked me into the schedule and I left the vehicle. Roy called early afternoon to advise the vehicle had been repaired. From my perspective, Roy did his best with a system that could use improvement. I will not return for service unless I were to receive in writing a confirmation of my appointment. Customers need direction upon entering the service lane. Provide a greeter or post clearly visible signs upon entering the service lane directing customers to exit their vehicles and enter the building. This information could also be expressed in the written appointment confirmation.

Came in to have regular service on my GMC Yukon Denali. First time in your dealership. Was helped by Service Advisor Roy O. I did wait at the dealership while service was performed. All was done in the time period I was told....2 to 2 1/2 hrs. Roy kept me informed as to time and it was done in a little less than 2 hrs. I was very satisfied with everything. I will return for future service as needed.

I took my Buick Encore in for an oil change. It was recommended to me to have my fuel injection cleaned and filters changed as I was making a long drove the next week. I was then called back and told I need two new tires. My vehicle only has 35,000 miles on it. I was then quoted over $1000. When I looked at the receipt it showed over $350 for Labor? An oil change? fuel injection and two new tires? I agreed because what else can I do. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told here are my keys and its parked out past the "white pole"... I asked a couple of questions about the work and I was told he did not have the information, Roy had left. My car was not cleaned or vacuumed as discussed and maybe my car could have pulled up for me. I feel taken advantage of and as being a female walking in to a dealership it is always nerve racking. DO a better job!

I have been to every GMC dealer around, but because of today's experience with our technician (Dino), I'll be back. Dino explained everything in detail, showed me under the car so I could see an understand the problems with front axel. Absolutely no pressure to fix right away. Gave time frame and recommendations for the fix. Trust his 30+ years experience, he was very professional and I appreciate it. Thanks Dino!!!!

As I lost my car in Naples to Ian, I called Florida dealerships to try and locate a white with tan Envision to replace the one we kept in Naples. We were fortunate to locate one at Century Buick and the dealership made the purchase over the phone so easy. Ryan made sure the car was in perfect condition for our son to pick it up and drive it to Naples for us. Their customer service was wonderful.

I feel like I've been taken advantage of a lot here. By the way, despite repeatedly requesting the promised military discount, I never got it. What good does it do to say it on their website? However, there's more—my car fob was never fixed. Very poor customer service; probably won't do business here again.
