Great experience overall. Let’s face it buying a car isn’t always the greatest experience so when you find a group that is professional, patient, genuine and responsive I believe it is important to make others aware…I know I’d definitely appreciate it. Although everyone made us to feel comfortable and not pressured…which isn’t necessarily easy when you are getting a new car with a 4 month year old; Mark, Roy and Omar truly went the distance.

Pleasantly surprised. I'm always skeptical going to the dealer for service after years of bad service and high prices. This time, the opposite. Gilbert my service manager was fantastic, great service and they honored my warranty for the needed repairs. Overall I'm really happy and will not hesitate to take my car back there if needed. I called another dealership for service and they could not get me in for 4 -6 weeks, Bob Baker was able to get me an appt within a week. Micheal G was my service advisor and he was so nice and helpful. Even though they were busy, he took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I found my new dealership!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped the Jeep off on Friday. Poor communication regarding status. We had to bird dog then and manage the process. End of day Friday we were informed it would be Monday. Monday no communication until we called and we were informed it would be Tuesday. Long and the short of it - unorganized and have lost focused on customer service and communication. I didn’t car the car had to be there this duration, it was the fact we had to be the ones outreaching and managing the process.

The service managers are wonderful. The guys who replaced (yes, replaced) our engine were a bit sloppy with the cables. The front bumper area of the car had been scraped (had white scrapes). Not sure what happened but not a lot of care beyond the service manager level. They had the car several weeks and did not offer a loaner, when the repair was from a faulty engine (warranty work). Liked the service manager and the person who helped get the replacement engine under warranty but the other guys do not show care in their work.

The folks at Bob Baker Really took care of me. Gilbert is a fantastic advisor that went the extra mile to make sure the service I received was top notch and kept me informed throughout the process. This dealership and service department gets very busy but the team works hard to clear lines and keep the customers happy.
