We cannot say enough good things about Santa Barbara Auto Group and Jeff Knepp!! Absolutely phenomenal. We have purchased so many cars throughout the years and this was by far the best experience! Jeff Knepp was so responsive and answered any questions we had right away. He was beyond professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After Jeff Knepp helped me build the model I wanted, he ordered it, and followed up multiple times with me to let me know the status of it. He also assisted me with trading in my old car. I appreciate the professional and caring nature he, and the whole staff, extended to me. All together, it was a smooth experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership.
