Just traded in my old car and picked up a new BMW from Santa Barbara Motor Group and the transaction was seamless. I don't think I was there longer than an hour before I drove off w/ my new car. Customer service was top notch, they didn't peddle extras like extender service or warranty contracts, so paint sealant, undercoating or scotch-guard nonsense. Will certainly do business w/ the again. Chris Nelson was a pleasure to work with.
We cannot say enough good things about Santa Barbara Auto Group and Jeff Knepp!! Absolutely phenomenal. We have purchased so many cars throughout the years and this was by far the best experience! Jeff Knepp was so responsive and answered any questions we had right away. He was beyond professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was made to wait for 30 minutes despite having an appointment for my maintenance check. The rep assigned to me was in a rush and tried selling me services that I didn’t need. I was expecting better service from BMW!
I recently leased a car from SB BMW, and I’m very pleased with the ease of the whole process. I live in LA, but decided to go to the SB location, since I had heard such fantastic things about them. After Jeff Knepp helped me build the model I wanted, he ordered it, and followed up multiple times with me to let me know the status of it. He also assisted me with trading in my old car. I appreciate the professional and caring nature he, and the whole staff, extended to me. All together, it was a smooth experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership. It’s safe to say that I drove away in my new car very happy!
Had an interaction with one of the service reps that left me feeling unpleasant. No real issues with the service but I, personally, felt like I was poorly treated.
Had an extremely positive experience with BMW Santa Barbara, specifically with my salesman Chris. I live in Chicago and have never purchased a vehicle out of state before, but Chris made the process very simple and painless. From follow ups, to documents, to finding a shipper to deliver the vehicle across the country, Chris was always available and on top of everything.
When I stepped inside it seemed as though employees had a look of judgment when looking at me. They were rude when speaking with as well as seemed to be annoyed with the questions I was asking. As though I wasn’t good enough to be in the shop. Bad experience on my end.
I needed to buy some touch up paint and found the service to be phenomenal. It took only a few minutes to get the parts and everyone seemed friendly.
