The car delivery was smooth, and they took all the time I needed to get comfortable with the new BMW and all of its many features. Bottomline is I felt valued as a customer, with a strong sense of commitment from them to take care of me down the road.

The worst sales team I’ve ever encountered in auto sales. GM Dave is NOT customer focused. The sales reps are unorganized, do not communicate effectively and are not professional. Sad that such a great auto manufacturer has such poor representation in Traverse City.
