I been to all the BMW dealerships in the area, and mainline is so far the best! I highly recommend this dealership! They will work with you and make sure you leave happy! I highly recommend Michael Robinson! He knew exactly what my taste was and found me a car quick, and worked out the number so I can be comfortable with my payments! He also payed off my previous car when other dealerships wouldn’t! Everyone here treated me like family and gave me amazing service!
Traveling to another state to purchase a vehicle can be very stressful. But, this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Alysse had great customer service and communication throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond on her days off to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before traveling 7 hours to drive it. Joel was also great to deal with and excellent service! I’ve been in the automotive industry for 18 years and have seen both sides of the fence. Honesty and understanding the customer is key, Alysse and Joel did exactly that. Thank you!
Rich is one of the most polite and caring advisors here. My car came in and needed a ton of repairs. Rich helped me get into a loaner and was patient with me as I paid off the balance. He didn’t have to be so generous, but I’m so grateful I was paired with him. Put me at ease during such a stressful experience especially during the Xmas holiday. Car is running good as new again. I strongly recommend BMW at the mainline if you want the work done correctly.
This is my fave BMW dealership!! All employees are nice especially Eric A., our client advisor. He and the manager went above and beyond for us when purchasing a car for my dad. Eric is so friendly, patient and kind and really helped me to feel comfortable. He answered all of our questions with a lot of patience and detail- it really shows he knows his cars and truly cares about helping me and my dad have all of the information before making a big purchase. Eric helped us to find the exact car we wanted- and it was not easy, but he did it. Highly highly recommend going to this dealership and working with Eric!! BMW- Give him a raise!!!
Very pleasant experience. We found a car online Saturday morning, drove to the dealer after lunch and wound up driving home in the car that day. Andrew was very accommodating. Went above and beyond and overall our best car buying experience.

So, I went in just to have a nail removed from my tire on my few hour lunch break from work. The host was pretty cool and very professional. Communicated with me on how long it’ll be etc. Then they told me it was a recall and said, the time won’t exceed what it was going to originally be. I sat and sat and watched the hours go by. Noticed it was almost time for me to go back to work. Now, the host comes out and says, they’re wrapping up now I’m thinking okay. Time went pass -and still no vehicle. I’m getting upset because, I have to go back to work. I have to work to pay for the vehicle right? So, I’m angry now. I speak to a person there and they directed to me so someone higher up I’m assuming. They got an attitude because, I have an attitude. Then, when the paperwork came out finally it was a higher charge on there and I have the protection plan on my tires. More attitudes come out because, I question it. Then, they said my car was about to get washed. I snapped and said, no wash can I have my car please I have to get back to work. More attitudes came from staff. All and all. Some folks were great there and some weren’t. I’ll just go back to the original place where I purchased my vehicle.
DreVaughn was an absolute legend. Before contacting this dealership I spoke to 5-6 other dealerships looking for a 330e. DreVaughn not only helped me find my car but constantly gave updates and was easy to reach. Even after signing for the vehicle and the contract was complete DreVaughn went above and beyond what is promised by BMW. After purchasing 6 cars in the last few years I have never left a dealership with a smile on my face and genuinely happy. This type of service is what makes this dealership amazing and why I’ll be recommending my friends and family. From start to finish the buying experience at BMW of the Main Line was flawless. Our client advisor Andrew was patient, made great recommendations and was honest and transparent for our transaction. We ordered an i4 so we knew we would be waiting a while for the car but he kept us up to date and as the delivery got closer he made sure to ask us for all the information he needed up front to make delivery day quick and painless. So far we love everything about the car and couldn’t be happier. We will be back!
