I had the most positive experience working with their team and all of it was for my very first BMW. The best part yet, it was all handled via email. Ethan Stever is the guy you want to speak to. Super courteous and incredibly helpful for all your questions on the sales, parts and the delivery process. Pictured below is my brand new BMW X4 ordered through BMW of Reading. It was easy and effortless once I got in contact with the dealership. As the deal kicked off, I also was put in contact with Angie Dietrich who was able to walk me through the deal documentation and assisted with finalizing all pricing. After that, Ethan handled all my customizations to the car through their efficient recon process that allowed the service team to install the Shadowline grill along with a few other items I purchase directly through Ethan. I can’t thank him enough as he’s installed numerous parts on this ride and saved me a bunch of time in answering all my questions. I swear all emails were answered within the hour and were super detail oriented to ensure everything was covered from the ordering process through delivery. Marcus Zakharov is the BEST!! My husband and I ordered a 2022 BMW X5 M50 in Tanzanite Blue II and absolutely love it! Our salesperson, Marcus Z., is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! When we were shopping for our first X5 model, we were looking for a pre-owned one in a specific color. I wanted a classy (dark) navy blue. My husband asked Marcus to see if he could find what we were looking for, and in no time, we received the phone call that the vehicle I wanted had been traded in. He made an appointment for us to take it for a test drive and made the purchase and financing quite simple. It was a wonderful birthday gift two years ago. Now that we know we really like the X5, we decided to go with a brand new model. Marcus helped us customize our own unique and stunning brand new beauty! He really knows the details inside and out! From our initial visit to the dealership, to the ordering of the vehicle, Rob was always available by email to answer any questions on features or options. Since we live quite a distance from Reading, being able to manage the entire ordering process by email and phone was extremely helpful. Rob accommodated our schedule on a planned trip to Reading to pick up the vehicle.
