Got my car serviced here and the service I received was above my expectations. Got an alignment and some other minor repairs done. Carlos helped me out tremendously. He was very helpful and friendly. (Im jealous of his keyboard and mouse for his computer) Waiting lobby for customers was nice, comfy, and clean. Had snacks, coffee and other drinks. Will definitely be going to this dealership to get all my work done.

This is our third purchase from BMW of Gainesville. They go out of their way to make the car buying process as easy as possible while also doing their best to work the deal we want. Never any pressure. Justin and Leo and the rest of the team were great. Highly recommend. We will keep buying from them in the future.

This has been the best buying experience I've ever had with BMW. Four months ago I was looking for a very specific car with specific features. I had put out inquiries to a few different dealerships and was contacted almost immediately by Charles at BMW of Gainesville. I explained what I was looking for and he asked whether I'd consider ordering one. I'd never ordered a vehicle from the factory and he walked me through every step of the process. I was able to complete my documentation in advance of delivery such that when I picked up the car I was out in under two hours. Alex the BMW Genius showed me the features of the vehicle and got me all connected. Leo walked me through all the finance paperwork answering any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend this dealership and would buy from them again in the future.

I purchased my 2021 BMW used and needed oil change service that the dealer bought I from. They didn't honor their services to me when I needed it. I had decided to go to BMW of Gainesville in a pinch and the whole service was outstanding from when we arrived to when we left. Thank you so much Jose for treating us like we were family. I will definitely be back for my services. You all were great.

The service department is challenging to deal with. No one would answer the call. I called 5 times through the main line and couldnt talk to anyone. The service advisor doesn’t respond to text or phone call. Upon entering the service building, the service advisor wouldn’t greet me or introduce themselves. They simply continued working on their paperwork without lifting the eyes for two minutes. I wasn’t sure if I should strike the conversation. I didn’t get a feeling of good customer service. Considering the price points of getting service done in dealership, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use the service department. I do like the video their service staff sent through. I wish the front office would be more welcoming to customers.

From the moment I entered the building the entire front staff was Warm, cheerful and welcoming. Charles was incredibly professional, courteous and friendly with a phenomenal attitude. Leo the finance manager was thorough in his explanations, straight to the point and answered all of my concerns. I cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful experience in purchasing my first porsche.
