My wife needed a new car. After calling around, she found a great deal here. Our sales rep was Jason. Top notch from the moment we met him. He showed us a few different cars than the one we initially came to look at. He was very helpful with many things including pulling up the Carfax for multiple vehicles, asking his sales manager about a discount for minor damage on a car, and giving monthly payment breakdowns for two different vehicles. When we told him we would have a problem getting a ride from New Milford, he offered to pick us up at the train station if need be. Thankfully we ended up getting a ride there. He called after the sale and said he could get us a $500 Loyalty customer credit. He went the extra mile from the beginning. From all of our conversations, I can tell he definitely cares about his customers. The show room is very clean and inviting. Great coffee machine upstairs with multiple options. There is a massage chair upstairs for while you wait. Sadly, I found this out when it was too late. The car was detailed as promised. It also had a full tank of gas. Jason went over all the features of the car with us before we left. I was originally going to give this rating a four or possibly five. However, two things made it a three. Our first BMW purchase was at another dealer. When we picked up the car, they had a red bow tied to the hood. They also had many different snacks and different drink options for the customers. I know it’s not a huge deal, but to me they did not make the extra effort for the customers. The second and biggest problem I had was the financing part. We got there 15 minutes late because of the heavy rains. We let Jason know we will be a few minutes late and didn’t seem to be a problem. We ended up waiting two hours to speak to the financial manager. We were told a few times it would be a few minutes. No reason to keep us that long. When he finally did meet with us, he never apologized for keeping us waiting that long. Very disappointing. Sales five stars, finance manager zero stars.



This BMW service guarantor is arguably the most expensive service ever. CT prices, even when figuring in aftermarket insurance the price they are charging the client is staggering and defied all expectations. In addition, work had begun without proper authorisation by the owner. No loaner had been given either yet loaners were available for payment. Lack of service yet plenty of people that make you(your wallet) feel welcome. I had better and quicker servic at a franchise garage with great results. Warranty you might ask? Not a subject since the BMW warranty expectations on a 13 yr. old beemer are nil while the local AAMCO franchise in Norwalk gave me 6 months warranty on parts and work performed. Furthermore, AAMCO accepted my third part insurance and did make the phone call to find out with the insurer’s. Something the Darien BMW dealer servicing refused to do, “because of the work involved”, according to the service agent. A clear choice against using BMW dealership service work to be done on a model 5 yrs. or older. Resumen: If you have money to burn and can wait for spare parts to arrive this BMW dealership is for you. If you want quality work performed at a reasonable price look out for other local options.

I called in to schedule my annual maintenance for my BMW that I purchased from them last year. They managed to schedule me the following day. Within 2 hours I dropped off my car and was in a loaner vehicle. They proceeded to complete my maintenance along with any necessary recalls very quickly and got my car back to me the next day. Very friendly and professional staff. Lightning fast turn around. They truly take care of their customers. I highly recommend that if you are looking to upgrade into a BMW, you go here first. I made the appointment for replacement tires more than 10 days before, and dropped the car off at 7am as scheduled. However, the car wasn’t ready until 2:30pm, and repeated calls into service to check on the progress was never answered. Previously, the service manager always texted to give updates on the progress. I paid $949 for two front tires, way over what tire shops charge, for much faster service. For that amount of money, one would expect better communications and much faster service.

Timely, provided a BMW loaner, sent video text of technician reviewing wear on brakes, rotors, and tire tread depth, including suspension, and lastly completed well ahead of time and did a thorough wash of my M550i after the service. 10 out of 10 rating for BMW Darien dealership service department.

My car was in for a recall. I received a call, to notify, recall done, the car was ready for pickup and: Them: "By the way, you need a oil housing gasket replaced." Me: "May I ask the price?" Them: " $1,084.00" Me: "Is it critical? Can I drive the car? Them: " Well, I guess it's OK to drive. So, are you declining to repair the car? Me: "Yes. Thank you, I'll come pick up the car" The car was brought to an independent, highly experienced Foreign car shop in Stamford and the gasket was replaced, Parts and Labor, for $213.58.
