BMW of Charlottesville was able to get me in while I was on vacation! I needed a 1200 mile service on a brand new M2 competition I was road tripping up the Blue ridge parkway from the BMW Performance Center at the Spartanburg South Carolina Factory. The service was great with text updates and a friendly and awesome staff. Would live to work with them again if I have the chance.

We traveled from Florida to purchase a new 2023 x7 M60i from Charlottesville/Flow BMW. From initial contact with the dealership to returning home with the vehicle we received nothing short of stellar and impeccable service/interaction. We searched for a specific color combination and options package which they had in stock. We didn’t spend countless hours dealing with paperwork and we were given a detailed walk-through of the tech features in the vehicle and setting up our phones/profiles. We drove away and have since been ecstatic with our new purchase. The team was responsive, accommodating, helpful……just plain great folks! We won’t hesitate to travel there again for another vehicle!

I bought a BMW because Land Rover service is so time consuming and expensive, but at least they got the work done correctly. The mechanics there in Charlottesville must not be well trained. Today I spent the entire day, coming from Harrisonburg, for an inspection, oil change, tire rotation and alignment. When I got all the way home, I realized they had NOT rotated my tires. How do I know? I marked the tires before I went there. I should’ve checked them before I drove an hour back home, but I trusted them to do the work I paid for. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to deal with this. Double check everything if Flow BMW of Charlottesville does any work to your $100,000+ vehicle! Sad

They don't keep their account information updated and over charge for basic services. They sent a mail to my ex wife for a car I no longer own with the name of another women on the envelope. Nice. Oil change, air filter, inspection and tire mounting... nearly $700!! Crazy.

Absolutely horrible experience! Took my car in to service a few things and change couple tires. Without asking me first, they changed all tires, in addition to other work on the car that I didn’t authorize, and charged me over $800 than previously agreed. Once I figured it out, I have tried to reach out at least 6 times - each time being told that they are busy and “will give you a call back”. Extremely frustrating experience.

You know it 1st I had written a bad review but the service manager Danielle Turner made me change my mind about BMW she made things right for us so I wish I could give her more then 5 stars she deserves it she really is great I hop you move up to more and better position’s because you deserve it you made things right so thank you so much I will definitely be coming back . Hop BMW knows that they have a great leader as there service manager .
