I had a great buying experience at BMW Cleveland. From when I first emailed the dealership through their website; Bryan Katic responded very promptly and answered any questions I had. Upon purchase; the finance manager was very up front about pricing and purchasing of any extended warranty/service packages. I did not feel like I was trying to be upsold or ripped off like a regular dealership which I really appreciated. There was a "BMW Genius" who spent an hour just going over the car with me and showing me all the features. Many people at the dealership congratulated me on the purchase. To top it off; the car even came with a big red bow! I hope the service department is just as good as the sales department; will find out in the future. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
