Have taken my X5 in a few times for general service, but recently had to take it in for some other major repairs. Misty and the team in the service department were so professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish even though some parts took a week or more to arrive they were prompt with updates and making sure I was able to get around while my rig was in the shop. After I got my rig back I was even given a follow up check in to make sure I was happy. Best BMW dealership I’ve ever been to for service hands down. While it takes a long time to get in (needed to book a month or more out to get an appointment) it was well worth the wait!
So, we are just driving through Reno and our tire goes flat. We have a big screw in the tire and it couldn’t maintain pressure, plus our tires are worn. We went to multiple tire stores and none of them had our size tires and couldn’t fix the tire. We drove to Bill Pearce at 4pm on a Friday. Tim from parts jumped through hoops looking for a tire or set of tires to help us. Then Deanna found a set that they had ordered for a customer who had just rescheduled for next month. After making sure she could replace the tires in plenty of time for their rescheduled appointment, she offered them to us. Then Brandy from service asked her technicians if someone could stay late. One offered to help. This is service WAY beyond expectations. I can’t praise your team enough for outstanding customer service. THANK YOU.
Brilliant service and communication! Roland was proactive in sharing updates.. and the vehicle pickup post service was handled super smoothly by Justin! Michelle guided really well on when I should bring in the vehicle. Also the problem in the vehicle turned out to be much smaller than I initially thought.. Thanks Bill Pearce BMW!!
The people in their BMW services department are friendly and knowledgeable. Love their lounge area…coffee, snacks, fruits, bottled water, etc. They also provide complimentary ride to and from home or office while my car was serviced. If you try to save a few bucks (like I did) and took your BMW to a BMW non-certified shop for service, you will most likely be disappointed with the rip-off and the bad service.
Dealership waisted so much of my time coming in to purchase a vehicle that they didn’t have services done on. They then proceeded to lie about the services being done. I had to dig through the paperwork to see the safety recalls hadn’t been done. They made me sign it HAD been done under false pretenses and then I figured out they were lying. Canceled my deal after hours of sitting around. Don’t waste your time.
They seriously need to get their act together for appointments. No organization at all, not like at my previous BMW dealer. Pull in, and a guy just says wait inside and someone will see you shortly. I ask wait where, and he just says wait inside. Uhhh..what? I see people sitting around a TV, people working at desks, but no designation of service managers. Apparently, you just need to stand there until you get someone's attention. I finally did, and she just repeated the same instruction... "someone will be with you shortly". A half-hour later, only because I asked...already starting late... And my 1hr appointment for a simple oil change takes 2 1/2 hours!
Parts were not ordered even though I had scheduled my service on line 30 days prior. I was not aware that on line appointments required pre-pmt of parts. When I picked up my car a week later, they did not do a courtesy vacuum as they usually do. I was disappointed with the service however I liked the customer service rep.
I had an excellent experience coming in for an oil change. They compensated my rides and had awesome snacks. Michelle was very kind and overall was a great experience.
