I scheduled a test drive on a Saturday morning and drove home an Acura MDX that afternoon. We met Ben for the test drive and was expedient in getting us on the road. Needless to say, we loved the truck after the test drive and immediately discussed availability. Given the current inventory conditions, we were surprised that there was one available on the lot and in the color we want. Ben was very attentive and patiently answered all our questions. We discussed all the options and were offered a few extras to sweeten the deal. This was the smoothest transaction I've had in getting a car and Ben made it all possible.

ZERO STARS! Be careful if you’re a woman using their service department. Check receipts and double check their work! Went in for oil change, trans flush and tire rotation. First sentence. $700 and two hour wait time. Ok no problem, but I’d like to use my warranty on the oil change. We don’t cover Carvana is what the rude old man tells me. I show proof they do he changes his mind and proceeds to commend their extended warranty. An hour and a half later I’m handed a receipt and told by TWO men I don’t need a trans flush. Fluid is clear! It was only throwing the code for routine maintenance. And That I only have to pay $108 for two filters. WHAT!? Engine filter is covered under my warranty. So I paid $100 for cabin air filter. They saw me coming a mile away. I’m in a rush so I leave without even checking my receipt. Big mistake, as I don’t live locally. Receipt claims they rotated tires and says trans fluid is dark and NEEDS a flush. Wow!!! Tires weren’t even touched. Not one!!! I’m at a loss. I have been there numerous times over the last year and dealt with Jose in service. He was outstanding! Seems like he’s gone and so is the honesty. Never thought I couldn’t trust DEALER SERVICE as a woman. I will be taking this further, for a refund and to find out what my car really needs by a real dealership not this trash.

George was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and he was very helpful in assisting us in our decision making. We traded in our 2018 Mercedes GLE 350 for a 2023 Acura MDX. We also looked at the Lexus RX350 but preferred the Acura MDX in performance, design and size. We are very pleased with our purchase experience at Acura of Milford.
