My first maintenance on my 22 Acura RDX was a very pleasant experience. Sam was great. She made sure that I was comfortable while I waited and she kept me informed of the status of my vehicle being ready. Also the complimentary car wash and vacuum was a plus!!!!

From the day I drove it off the lot the service department has been less than mediocre. Battery died the day after I drove it home then twice within the year. I was told by service I would have to start buying the battery at full price since I kept having problems it must be me causing it. Needless to say the next time I was stranded I went and bought a battery with a warranty that would be honored. Around 25000 miles I started having a jumping in the transmission. I carried it to Acura where I was told they had this problem with other Acura's and they would fix it. Service called me a few day later told me management decided that wasn’t the problem and they wouldn’t be fixing it. I had to bring it to a transmission place where it was fixed on my dime. I decided not to go back to them after that. Unfortunately now I am having issues with oil consumption so I was forced to bring it back in. I have been trying to get the same problem fixed for over a year. The problem has only gotten worse after thousands of dollars. I made another appointment to have it looked at. First available was two weeks out. I get there and I am told they would have to reschedule me a new appointment because they can’t look at more than one problem at a time. You can have a great sales team but if you can’t get the service department on the same page you won’t have repeat customers.
